Nepal

Nepal is a small country with a population of about 26 million people from different castes and with different cultures that all live together. It is a beautiful country with high mountains, lakes and jungles as well as having magnificent temples, historical buildings and works of art. The political situation in Nepal is not good and the peace process does not appear to be working adequately.

Fresh Nepal

The foundation was started in 2006 as a none governmental social welfare, charitable organization. FRESH NEPAL aids children who have been abandoned, are destitute or orphaned or those who have become the victims of natural disasters or political conflicts, as we are aware that our children are our future. They are mostly from rural, mountainous regions and we provide a home for them, giving them an education and helping them to become independent and future useful members of society. Those with relatives we help to reintegrate within their own families. For poor children we also help to provide scholarships.

Condition of the Child:
He is an orphan from Janajati. The organization does not know anything about his relatives or his possessions. He was found on the street.

Our foundation also helps widows and women in need by offering a literacy and training programme in subjects such as agriculture, handicrafts and beauty care, necessary especially in poor, remote, rural areas.

OUR MISSION
To work for needy, destitute women and children who suffer conflicts or natural disasters in our country. The target of FRESH NEPAL is to provide educational projects to those neglected by society so that they can grow up to be responsible, independent citizens

Our aim is to educate and satisfy the needs of destitute women and children without families so that in the future they will become responsible citizens within our society without forgetting their origins. This is our dream.

PROJECTS FOR CHILDREN

To help Children abandoned, orphaned, victims of natural disasters or conflicts by providing a home.
Children provided with food, health care and education.
Family environment until placed in hostel.

PROJECTS FOR WOMEN

Educational and job training for the poor and destitute, widows, and other helpless women in Nepal.
Offer work opportunities in different areas by providing vocational training.
Skills and knowledge to make women independent and responsible citizens.
Literacy programmes in different areas for women and children.

We carry out the following activities in order to achieve our objectives:

1. Co-operation with national and international organizations.
2. Co-operation with national and international support groups.

4. Work with international volunteers.

We plan to achieve our goals through various programmes, working keenly on behalf of women and children so that they can enjoy their rightful place within the community by being independent
